Steward – Vessel Operations

About the role

As a Steward on our AHTS vessel, you will ensure all areas of the ship remain spotless, organized and welcoming for crew and guests. Your work supports smooth operations and contributes directly to a safe and pleasant onboard environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all areas, from kitchens to dining spaces, impeccably clean and organized.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to deliver spotless tableware ready for service.
• Manage waste and recycling efficiently, adhering to sustainable practices.
• Assist in event set‑up and breakdown, ensuring every detail meets high standards.
• Monitor and restock essential supplies to keep operations seamless.
• Uphold the highest health and safety standards for a secure environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams, supporting daily workflow.
• Identify and report maintenance needs to maintain a flawless environment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, even without prior experience.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Clear communication in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Legal right to work in Belgium.
• Experience on AHTS vessels as a Steward is advantageous but not mandatory.
