Staff Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the creation of AI‑powered decision‑making experiences for complex financial and risk‑management environments. Based in Belgium, you will own end‑to‑end design for critical platform areas, shaping both strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from discovery through launch for major product areas.
• Define long‑term product vision and create prototypes that align stakeholders.
• Design AI‑native interfaces such as intelligent assistants, automated workflows, and explainable decision systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to influence roadmap and priorities.
• Translate complex compliance and risk workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate development.
• Drive evolution of design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Maintain high design craftsmanship through reviews and cross‑team feedback.
• Conduct user research and embed customer insights into design decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product design or a related field.
• 8+ years designing complex web‑based, enterprise or data‑driven products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
• Proven experience creating AI‑powered or AI‑native product experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma and high‑fidelity prototyping tools.
