Junior Graphic Designer – Monetisation Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join a monetisation‑focused design team based in Belgium. Working remotely, you will create high‑quality visual assets that drive product growth, support A/B testing, and enhance customer engagement across paywalls, upsells, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and app store listings.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements, and promotional banners.
• Develop and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics while adhering to the established design system.
• Design email marketing visuals and prepare screenshots and promotional assets for the App Store and Google Play.
• Adapt existing creatives for multiple formats, dimensions, and A/B testing variations.
• Produce Lottie animations for use within monetisation experiences.
• Maintain visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across all materials.
• Collaborate with a senior designer and product marketing stakeholders to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Organise source files and follow naming, file‑management, and handoff guidelines.

Required profile

• Junior‑level commercial experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing illustration or marketing visuals.
• Formal education in art or design, or completion of relevant design courses.
• Strong ability to work independently, interpret feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Daily use of Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating and refining vector illustrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools for generating or enhancing visual assets.
• Ability to create Lottie animations.
