SPA Therapist and Executive Intern

About the role

The Urban Spa by CODAGE at The Hotel Brussels, a 4-star superior property in the heart of Brussels, is looking for a talented and motivated intern to support its Spa team. You will deliver face and body treatments while taking on administrative tasks that help the spa's operational, commercial and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, identify their needs and personalize the spa experience
• Complete CODAGE training and act as an ambassador for The Hotel Brussels and the spa
• Perform facial and body treatments according to spa and CODAGE protocols, and attend CODAGE training sessions twice a year
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, replenish linen and products, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Manage spa reservations and booking systems (MEWS and Spa Booker) for massages, treatments, hydrojet sessions and day passes
• Organize CODAGE training sessions, manage therapist schedules and coordinate extra staff for duo treatments, absences and peak periods
• Work with the Marketing Manager on website updates, price lists, client brochures, Google My Business and social media
• Manage stock, inventory and supplier orders, and oversee invoicing, reconciliation and spa P&L

Required profile

• Diploma with an internship agreement in aesthetics, cosmetology or wellness
• Fluent French (mandatory) and intermediate English (required); other languages are an asset
• Strong service mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and confidentiality
• Rigorous, autonomous and team-oriented

• Full-time or part-time internship or alternance, with usual days off on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Internship allowance of up to EUR 750 per month for students living abroad
