Meetings and Events Internship

About the role

The Hotel. Brussels, part of the Pandox investment group, is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Meetings & Events Trainee for its internship programme. You will work alongside an experienced team and help manage client events from start to finish in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering enquiries and preparing attractive event proposals
• Assist with contract preparation and invoicing
• Support clients throughout their event journey so they are satisfied
• Take part in weekly meetings and coordinate upcoming events with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams

Required profile

• Fluent English and French; knowledge of Dutch or another language is a strong advantage
• Student of Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business, Event Management or a related field
• Internship agreement available from January 2027 for at least 4 months (6 months preferred)
• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn

Required skills

• Strong administrative and/or commercial skills are a major asset
