About the role

SAP is seeking a Solution Sales Expert to lead the adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Business Data Cloud (BDC) in Belgium. The role combines strategic account leadership, cloud‑focused selling, and innovation advocacy to drive revenue across BTP, integration, data and AI services.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the BTP portfolio for assigned accounts and create strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities.
  • Engage senior executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CFO) to shape digital strategies and present SAP’s innovation vision.
  • Generate new pipeline by hunting opportunities in BTP, integration, data and AI, including demand‑generation activities beyond active RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Value Advisors to build quantified ROI narratives and transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead conversations on AI/ML, automation, extensibility and knowledge‑driven architectures, driving early adoption of innovations such as Joule agents and industry AI use cases.
  • Partner with Solution Advisors to deliver demos, prototypes and PoCs tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and total‑cost‑of‑ownership positioning to close deals.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, strong consumption and reference‑ready outcomes.
  • Coordinate with consulting and hyperscaler partners (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, AWS, Google, Databricks, Snowflake) for co‑selling and solution co‑creation.

Required profile

  • High‑energy, evangelist‑style seller with strong business acumen and a passion for cloud innovation.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex, multi‑year cloud contracts.
  • Experience in shaping digital transformation strategies and delivering value‑based selling.

Required skills

  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) expertise.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and data integration concepts.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and SaaS business models.
  • Ability to design and present PoCs and technical demos.
