Software Engineer – Full‑Stack (React/Django) – AI‑Driven Renewable Energy

About the role

Join a fast‑growing renewable‑energy SaaS company in Leuven that builds AI‑driven software to make energy systems smarter and more sustainable. As a Software Engineer you will work across the full stack, shaping both the user‑facing experience and the backend services that power AI features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features using React on the frontend and Django on the backend.
• Integrate AI/ML models and data pipelines into product functionality.
• Write clean, well‑tested, maintainable code and own features from concept to production.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define and deliver new capabilities.
• Contribute to architectural, performance, and code‑quality decisions as the platform scales.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with TypeScript, preferably in a React environment.
• Solid Python development skills, ideally with Django or a comparable framework.
• Practical experience building or integrating AI/ML features into a product.
• Comfortable working full‑stack and taking ownership of deliverables.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and its digital transformation.
