About the role

Join Odoo, a fast‑growing open‑source software company, and help shape the next generation of business applications. After a three‑week onboarding program covering both functional and technical aspects, you will pick a team that matches your interests and start delivering high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality open‑source applications across business, frontend UI, mobile, and API domains.
• Coach small, distributed development teams and ensure code quality.
• Produce clean, well‑documented code and take ownership of your deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimisations, and security improvements.

Required profile

• Strong passion for software development and continuous learning.
• Ability to work quickly and autonomously.
• Proficient reading and writing in English.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and object‑oriented concepts.
