About the role

Join Odoo, a fast‑growing open‑source software company, and work on a wide range of business‑critical applications. After three weeks of intensive functional and technical training, you will pick a team that matches your interests and start delivering high‑quality code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain open‑source business applications across modules such as sales, logistics, accounting, and e‑commerce.
• Coach small, distributed development teams and ensure code quality.
• Produce clean, well‑tested code and take ownership of your deliverables.
• Contribute to performance optimisation of the Python ORM and PostgreSQL backend.

Required profile

• Strong passion for software development and continuous learning.
• Ability to work quickly and autonomously.
• Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and object‑oriented concepts.
