About the role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will shape and amplify our brand’s voice across LinkedIn and other key platforms. The role focuses on strategic, long‑term brand building rather than short‑term vanity metrics, requiring clear, human‑centred storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Own the social media strategy end‑to‑end, from planning to execution.
- Translate strategic insights into concise, confident copy and content.
- Design content systems that generate compounding impact over time.
- Track performance, extract insights and continuously optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership to define positioning, thought leadership and narrative.
- Ensure every post aligns with the established brand voice.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and growing a brand‑led social presence.
- Strong copy instincts with the ability to convey more with fewer words.
- Strategic mindset where each post contributes to a larger story.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes and making decisions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and common social media management tools.
- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS or growth‑focused brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with founder‑led content or thought‑leadership initiatives.
