Site Superintendent for Oosterweel Link Project

About the role

The Oosterweel Link is a flagship infrastructure programme in Antwerp, delivering tunnels, interchanges and new public spaces. As Site Superintendent you will lead the on‑site execution of the right‑bank section, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in‑house teams and coordinate subcontractors as the primary on‑site point of contact.
• Prepare technical documentation and align site activities with execution plans.
• Enforce safety, quality and environmental standards across all stakeholders.
• Support short‑term planning (daily/weekly), identify optimisation opportunities and monitor productivity.
• Review and validate invoice proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Report directly to the Site Manager/Project Manager and contribute to overall site coordination.

Required profile

• Fluent English – the sole working language on the site.
• Proven experience in leading large‑scale construction sites.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality and ESG principles.
