Site Financial Controller – Finance Business Partner

About the role

Maersk is looking for a Site Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join its finance team. You will be responsible for accurate facility reporting, month‑end close, and providing clear insight into product profitability to support finance business partners and site leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all revenue and cost transactions are correctly recorded in the finance system in collaboration with the site General Manager.
• Prepare and review month‑end financial performance reports, including GP and EBIT, and propose adjustments for accurate job costing.
• Deliver transparent customer and profit reporting to Financial Business Partners, General Manager, and Product Managers.
• Conduct internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and operational procedures.
• Provide forward‑looking analysis on margins, trends, and productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in contract logistics or warehouse environments preferred.
• Relevant financial qualification is advantageous.

Required skills

• Data mining and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; familiarity with Business Warehouse or Business Intelligence is a plus.
