Shopper Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Shopper Marketing Manager at Danone, you will bridge the gap between Marketing and Customer Development, shaping shopper‑centric strategies for retail and out‑of‑home channels. You will collaborate with brand, key‑account and category managers to design and execute activation plans that boost shopper engagement and drive brand and customer growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement shopper activation strategies aligned with brand and customer growth objectives.
• Create innovative activation materials that guide shoppers through the full purchase funnel.
• Partner with external agencies to produce and install point‑of‑sale assets and experiential activations.
• Analyse post‑activation performance data, extract learnings and provide recommendations to optimise ROI.
• Own project timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure successful on‑ground execution.

Required profile

• First experience in FMCG or retail, preferably in shopper marketing, trade marketing or sales.
• Strong project‑management abilities, proactive attitude and a can‑do mindset.
• Curiosity about consumer journeys and emerging shopping trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
