SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role focuses on assessing, redesigning, and automating SharePoint environments to meet the agency's security and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current ASO SharePoint structure, permissions, and usage.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and review ASO requirements to align SharePoint solutions with business needs.
• Redesign SharePoint pages and sites to improve standardisation, usability, and governance.
• Implement automation using SharePoint features to streamline knowledge management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SharePoint administration and site redesign.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate existing structures and propose enhancements.
• Ability to work with NATO or defence‑related stakeholders and understand security requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and presenting solutions.
