About the role

We are looking for a Medior Service Desk Engineer to join an IT support team within an enterprise environment. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for end users, helping them resolve IT incidents.

Key responsibilities

Provide first‑line IT support to users (face‑to‑face and through ticketing systems)
Analyze and resolve hardware and software incidents
Manage and follow up on tickets using Service Management tools
Configure and troubleshoot user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
Support users in the use of IT tools and applications
Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate IT teams

Required profile

3 to 5 years of experience in Service Desk / IT Support
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Endpoint, Exchange, Admin Center)
Experience with Intune and Autopilot
Familiarity with Azure
Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools
Fluent in French and Dutch; professional English communication
