Shape the People Side of Transformation – Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to work on the people side of digital and organisational transformation within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting – Talent & Organisation practice. You will join multidisciplinary project teams, supporting both client‑facing transformation initiatives and internal community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support client transformation projects by analysing current capabilities across processes, people and technology.
• Assist in designing future‑state processes and documenting business and change requirements.
• Contribute to change‑management strategies, roadmaps and implementation activities such as communications, training and adoption programmes.
• Help develop and execute the Talent & Organisation community strategy, including organising trainings, workshops, events and team activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (e.g., Business, Economics, Management, HR, Psychology, Engineering or related fields).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen interest in change management, HR transformation and digital transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
