ServiceNow GRC/IRM Specialist – Employee Contract

About the role

You will join a young, dynamic team to support and enhance the ServiceNow IRM platform, helping the organisation strengthen its risk management, compliance and cybersecurity processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the ServiceNow GRC/IRM module.
• Monitor incidents and work with technical teams to resolve them.
• Contribute to risk assessment, compliance and cybersecurity activities.
• Participate in testing, deployments, integrations and platform upgrades.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date functional, technical and end‑user documentation.
• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders and implement improvements.
• Support platform administration to ensure stability and performance.
• Act as a coordination point with stakeholders and assist in planning activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ServiceNow administration, preferably with GRC/IRM modules.
• Good understanding of risk management, compliance and cybersecurity processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and technical documentation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent certification).
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it within three months.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
