Service Operations Engineer – Healthcare IT

About the role

As a Service Operations Engineer at Corilus, you will ensure the smooth implementation, management, and support of our IT environments at customer sites across Belgium and France. You will combine strong technical expertise with a customer‑focused mindset, working both on‑site and remotely to keep healthcare professionals productive.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices, manage endpoint protection and backup solutions.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
• Integrate specialized medical equipment and deploy MS SQL databases.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, remote tools, and on‑site interventions.
• Collaborate with customers to propose commercial IT solutions that improve workflows.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in system engineering, especially Windows environments.
• Good knowledge of networking and security concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integration.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers.
• Commercial mindset to identify and suggest suitable solutions.
