About the role
Spektrum is seeking a Service Level Manager to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Brussels. The role focuses on ensuring that service delivery meets the high standards required for NATO’s secure communications and information technology operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end provision of services for the NCIA, guaranteeing performance and value.
- Ensure all Service Delivery entities are properly engaged and aligned with client expectations.
- Establish and maintain communication with Service Delivery Managers, Customers, Account Managers and Data Analysts.
Required profile
- Experience in service delivery or service level management within a defence, aerospace or government‑focused environment.
- Ability to work with international stakeholders and understand NATO‑related procurement and operational contexts.
