Service Desk Engineer – 24/7

About the role

We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join our 24/7 mission‑critical IT environment in Brussels. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling incidents and service requests while ensuring high‑quality support across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Windows desktops, laptops and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, user accounts and permissions.
• Log, track and manage incidents and requests using an ITSM ticketing system.
• Diagnose basic networking problems, including connectivity and IP configuration.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher‑level support teams following defined procedures.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including nights and weekends.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and customer‑orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain reliability.
