SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (HRIS)

About the role

SNCB is hiring a hybrid SAP SuccessFactors Specialist near Brussels-South station, within the Solution Delivery ERP & Corporate Services (ECS) team covering ERP, HR and Finance. You will help deliver the HRIS transformation roadmap as the organisation moves from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central, strengthening internal expertise and taking ownership of one or more SuccessFactors modules.

Key responsibilities

• Build partnerships with business stakeholders, gather requirements, turn them into functional analysis and keep functional documentation up to date.
• Configure and customise SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules (LMS, ONB 2.0, REC, RMK, GMPM, People Analytics) and monitor setup, testing and validation.
• Support go-live and post-implementation stabilisation, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Monitor system performance, propose enhancements, stay current with SuccessFactors updates and support user training and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or IT-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and related modules, or a comparable HR platform such as Workday or Cornerstone.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data models; experience in SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migrations is a plus.
• Dutch or French and English proficiency; SAP SuccessFactors certification is an asset.

Required skills

• Functional and technical knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Goals & Performance Management, Learning and People Analytics.
• Ability to integrate with SuccessFactors using APIs, CPI and Integration Centre.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards in HR systems.
