Senior Supply Chain Planner – EMEA

About the role

This senior position is part of the EMEA supply chain organisation, working closely with commercial, customer service, manufacturing and global planning teams to ensure service excellence and operational performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, service level targets and inventory strategies.
• Manage short‑term (0‑3 months) supply risks, allocate stock during constrained scenarios and communicate availability to stakeholders.
• Contribute to monthly S&OP processes, assess supply feasibility, identify gaps and propose mitigation actions.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP and advanced planning systems, analyse performance metrics and create dashboards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA commercial and customer service teams on product availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning, S&OP or integrated business planning.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
