Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy consultant to join a remote, project‑based AI initiative. You will help translate real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments that train advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and benchmarking.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Experience with standard consulting tools and frameworks.
