Senior Software Engineer Technical Coordinator

About the role

Degetel is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Technical Coordinator to lead a key client project. You will work in a .NET‑based environment, handling both front‑end and back‑end development while ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of applications within the existing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end components in a .NET ecosystem.
• Coordinate technical coherence, release orchestration and governance across teams.
• Bridge the gap between Technical Leads and IT Governance to align strategy and execution.
• Ensure smooth integration of new features into the current infrastructure.
• Implement best‑practice processes for release management and infrastructure optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical software role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing technical leads or similar leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of release management practices.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
