Senior Social Media Manager (French Fluent)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Social Media Manager who can turn a blank feed into a growth engine. The candidate will create, edit, and publish content themselves, leveraging AI tools to accelerate production and drive engagement for our French‑speaking audience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends and quickly produce original posts, captions, and visuals before the moment passes.
• Use AI platforms such as Claude Code and other creative tools to edit, repurpose, and generate content at scale.
• Monitor performance metrics, distinguish vanity reach from actionable growth, and adjust strategy based on data.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in both French and English across all social channels.
• Collaborate remotely with the broader Paradox team while owning the end‑to‑end content workflow.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on social media experience, preferably in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Bias toward action – willing to publish a scrappy version quickly rather than wait for perfection.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable interpreting reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted content creation tools (e.g., Claude Code, generative image/video platforms).
• Strong copywriting abilities for short‑form social captions.
• Experience managing social accounts across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
