Senior Project Manager – Retail Technology Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale retailer onboarding and store technology deployments across Europe. You will act as the primary liaison between enterprise retail customers and internal technical teams, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery of connected retail solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead retailer implementations from discovery through rollout.
• Manage store technology deployments across multiple locations.
• Coordinate internal product, engineering and operational teams.
• Drive timelines, manage dependencies, mitigate risks and engage stakeholders.
• Support integrations across POS, payments, kiosks and connected store solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners during delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail technology transformation and large‑scale rollouts.
• Background in POS/EPOS implementations, payment terminal integrations and omnichannel programmes.
• Familiarity with self‑checkout, kiosk or connected store environments.
• Experience with platforms such as NCR, Oracle Simphony, Micros, Adyen, Ingenico, Verifone, Worldpay or D365.
• Strong customer‑facing delivery experience and ability to work across technical and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, with a hands‑on, solutions‑focused and commercially aware approach.
