Senior Project Manager – NATO Power BI Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate NATO Power BI project activities and deliver business intelligence solutions for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role will support critical NATO communication and information technology services and will work closely with internal Agency teams and NATO customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Power BI projects, ensuring timely delivery of business intelligence outputs.
• Work under the direction of the Line Manager / Programme Manager to align project goals with agency objectives.
• Collaborate with internal NCIA teams and NATO stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Manage project documentation, risk registers, and ensure compliance with NATO and defence standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior project manager in business intelligence or related IT projects.
• Familiarity with NATO, defence or aerospace environments is advantageous.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
