Senior Project Manager – NATO NCIA Projects

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Communication and Information Services (CIS) projects for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role involves overseeing service design and transition activities, ensuring delivery of secure and effective IT solutions for NATO members and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned CIS projects and individual work packages from initiation through transition.
• Coordinate with service and business areas within NCIA and external Alliance stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, providing regular status updates.
• Facilitate collaboration between NATO International Civilians, military personnel, and interim workforce consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex IT or communications projects, preferably in defence or governmental environments.
• Strong understanding of NATO processes and security requirements.
• Ability to work with multinational teams and navigate stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
