Senior Project Manager – In‑house Creative Studio (Flemish & French)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager fluent in Flemish and French to lead our onsite in‑house creative studio in Asse, Belgium. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across workflow, delivery, governance and quality, acting as the senior coordination point between internal teams, agency partners and production specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end studio operations, workflow planning and capacity management.
• Oversee brief intake, prioritisation, scheduling and daily resource allocation.
• Act as operational liaison between internal teams (Campaign, Local Markets, CRM, CLV, E‑commerce) and the in‑house agency.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality creative assets across print, digital and social channels.
• Own workflow governance, quality‑control processes, file‑delivery checklists and best‑practice standards.
• Coordinate handovers from external creative agencies, including key visuals, style guides, open files and templates.
• Partner with media agencies on specifications, formats and asset deliveries.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, utilisation tracking and report to leadership.
• Drive adoption of new tools and platforms and integrate them into studio workflows.
• Lead change‑management initiatives as teams transition to a new operating model.
• Represent the studio in leadership meetings, status updates and cross‑functional forums.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of experience in agency operations, production management or studio leadership.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑disciplinary workflows.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills across multiple teams and senior levels.
• Solid understanding of the full creative production process for print and digital.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Fluency in Flemish and French.
