Senior Project Manager – BioPharma Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead BioPharma site investment projects in Belgium. The role will be part of the site project engineering team and will oversee projects from concept through hand‑over, ensuring safety, budget and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor capital projects through all design phases.
• Deliver projects safely, on budget and on schedule while adhering to client quality and engineering standards.
• Communicate progress, issues and options to management, clients and stakeholders.
• Establish project objectives, develop execution strategies and manage resources.
• Report schedule, cost and quality performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5‑10 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or BioPharma environments.
• Full lifecycle project management experience within a GMP setting.
• Proven ability to control costs, manage schedules and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
