Senior Procurement Manager - EPC Contracts

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead EPC contract procurement for a leading engineering services firm in Dilbeek. You will shape procurement strategy across multiple high‑profile projects throughout Europe, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified procurement strategy for direct and indirect spend across all projects.
• Manage the procurement budget, forecasting increases based on project prospects.
• Collaborate with project managers to align purchasing activities and monitor deviations.
• Centralise supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and build long‑term partnerships.
• Focus on cost efficiency, delivery reliability and risk mitigation.
• Expand the supplier portfolio and create a centralised procurement reporting system.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in an industrial EPC environment.
• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of European suppliers and market trends.
• Proven negotiation skills and successful supplier‑relationship management.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, project‑oriented settings.
• Experience sourcing internationally (e.g., China, Turkey) is a plus.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch beneficial.
