Senior Performance Marketeer (FR/NL)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketeer fluent in French or Dutch to lead the end‑to‑end digital sales funnel for one of our client’s brands. You will own the journey from paid and owned traffic acquisition through to conversion optimisation, driving short‑, mid‑ and long‑term revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise the full digital sales funnel, from acquisition to lower‑funnel conversion.
• Develop data‑driven strategic plans to improve sales results and manage tactical media plans across SEA, programmatic, social and content.
• Lead experimentation, CRO and A/B testing to continuously improve web and app performance.
• Optimise SEO and digital content to achieve top‑tier search rankings and a best‑in‑class user experience.
• Monitor performance, ROI and attribution using analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics.
• Champion innovation, test new targeting techniques and share learnings across the organisation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to implement new digital capabilities that fuel growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, e‑commerce, digital marketing or innovation.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Semrush and keyword‑research tools.
• Growth‑mindset with deep knowledge of SEO, CRO and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders in an international context.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch; trilingual preferred.
