Senior Odoo Consultant

About the role

Squareflow is seeking a Senior Odoo Consultant to join its Antwerp office. You will work directly with clients, understand their business and IT needs, and lead Odoo implementation projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client processes in depth and propose optimal Odoo solutions.
• Lead and challenge business requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate requirements into functional Odoo features and configure the system.
• Own project scope, planning, and delivery for full projects or streams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing follow‑ups and demos.
• Coordinate and support team members involved in each project.
• Provide training and support to end‑users to ensure successful adoption.
• Contribute to Squareflow’s continuous development and improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years ERP consulting experience or 3 years Odoo implementation experience.
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, IT, Economics, Management, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP deployments.
• Analytical, structured thinking with a proactive “Can‑Do” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Fast learner with a keen interest in digital transformation.
