Senior Node.js Developer – Healthcare SaaS (AWS Serverless)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer to help build and scale a digital care platform for the healthcare sector. The product runs on a fully serverless AWS architecture and directly supports daily operations in a SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js on AWS serverless technologies.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, focusing on event‑driven patterns and integration reliability.
• Ensure high code quality with extensive automated testing (90%+ coverage) using Cypress, Jest, Gherkin/Cucumber, and AVA.
• Collaborate with the Angular front‑end team to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Explore AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

• Strong professional experience with Node.js development.
• Hands‑on experience or strong interest in AWS serverless services.
