Senior Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

As a Senior Marketing & Communications Officer you will be the driving force behind Deloitte Belgium’s social media storytelling. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, you will create compelling video and visual content that amplifies our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, edit and produce original video content for social platforms.
• Develop pre‑production assets and branded style templates to ensure visual consistency.
• Research emerging social trends, competitor best practices and propose innovative content ideas.
• Design and launch creative campaigns that support strategic initiatives and reinforce brand positioning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers, providing clear briefs and constructive feedback.
• Analyse performance metrics, use data to optimise reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Own the social media content planning process and act as liaison between teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in communication or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in social media management, content creation or a digital/creative agency environment.
• Strong passion for social media, storytelling and staying ahead of platform trends.

Required skills

• Video production and editing.
• Platform expertise: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Content planning and calendar management.
• Data analysis for social performance.
