Head of Communications - Building Performance Division

About the role

We are looking for a senior communications leader to steer the global messaging for the Building Performance division of Etex, a worldwide leader in sustainable construction. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape internal and external communication strategies that align the division’s mission with the Etex purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement communication strategies, activation plans and messaging across all markets.
• Ensure consistent alignment of the division’s mission, purpose and commercial brands in every country and function.
• Create and maintain communication frameworks, guidelines and governance supporting the division’s rollout.
• Develop comprehensive internal communication programmes for more than 7,000 employees, including town‑halls, team meetings and interactive forums.
• Lead external communication initiatives, manage LinkedIn presence and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
• Support the development of a branding framework and advise country teams on local brand execution.
• Produce case studies, articles and presentations that showcase division successes.
• Provide communication guidance to the Head of Division, leadership team and LATAM communications team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global internal and brand communications, preferably within a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and influence communication strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills (native‑level or equivalent).
• Experience in transformation, change communication or brand implementation.
• Track record of leading and managing communication teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
