Senior Manager – Rewards (BELUX)

About the role

As Senior Manager Rewards for the BELUX region, you will translate Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ global reward principles into local programmes that attract, motivate and retain talent. Working closely with the Country People & Culture leadership team, you will ensure the reward offering is competitive, aligned with business priorities and supports an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt global reward strategies into BELUX‑specific compensation, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes.
• Act as the primary rewards advisor to the Country P&C Leadership Team, influencing senior stakeholders on reward‑related decisions.
• Lead the annual salary review, incentive plans, job evaluation and benefits governance processes.
• Provide market insights, benchmarking data and recommendations to keep reward offerings competitive.
• Represent local needs within the wider CCEP Rewards function and drive alignment across markets.
• Lead and contribute to regional and group‑wide reward transformation projects.
• Coach and develop the Senior Rewards Analyst and promote a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant master’s degree or professional rewards qualification is a plus.
• Extensive experience in compensation, benefits and total rewards management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market benchmarking and data‑driven recommendations.
