Senior Manager – Logistics & Healthcare

About the role

Belgian Parcel Service (BPS) is seeking a senior leader to drive business continuity, operational excellence and GDP‑compliant pharmaceutical transport across Belgium. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role combines strategic judgement with hands‑on operational command.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager and local IT function.
• Ensure efficient day‑to‑day management of all business activities and monitor operational KPIs, financial performance, service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, quality and cost control while coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and organizational change.
• Prepare clear management reporting and provide relevant business insights.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration and operational discipline.
