(Senior) Manager Logistics Consulting – Life Science

About the role

As a (Senior) Manager in Logistics Consulting you will help life-science clients redesign and operate their supply chains with a focus on warehousing, transportation and distribution. You will lead transformation projects from strategy through implementation, ensuring clear structure, risk management and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics transformation projects or defined streams, shaping project plans, approaches and team structures.
• Design and redesign logistics processes, systems, tools and ways of working based on client business context.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to identify needs, challenges and operating-model changes across logistics and the broader supply chain.
• Structure analyses, identify risks and dependencies, and support decision-making in dynamic project environments.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for senior operational and functional client stakeholders.
• Coach and guide consultants, fostering collaboration, psychological safety and high delivery performance.
• Ensure project deliverables are clear, well-structured and actionable for decision makers.
• Manage and grow existing commercial engagements, identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
• Travel regularly to client sites to support delivery, workshops and implementation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant project experience in the life-science sector, covering clinical and commercial supply-chain logistics.
• Deep understanding of warehousing, transportation and distribution challenges in life-science environments.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
• Proven experience in account management and business development with major life-science customers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage senior operational stakeholders and convey ideas convincingly.
• Track record of leading teams, projects and programs at various scales.
