Senior Interior Architect – Concept Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Architect / Concept Manager to join Cohabs in Brussels. The role will lead the design of our shared‑living spaces across an international portfolio, ensuring each location reflects the brand while adapting to local cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative interior design concepts that align with Cohabs’ brand and sustainability goals.
• Lead projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with executive, creative and local teams to maintain visual consistency across all properties.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback throughout the design process.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, materials and techniques to continuously elevate our spaces.
• Travel to project sites in Europe and beyond to oversee implementation and ensure design intent is realized.
• Act as a liaison between global and local teams, facilitating clear communication and coordination.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in an architecture or interior design studio.
• International project experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, materials and furniture.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to support junior team members.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑first mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
