Senior Hydrogen Consultant – Energy & Utilities

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in hydrogen to join our Energy & Utilities practice. You will work directly with clients to support the transition toward a new energy reality, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across offices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor for managers, engineers and technical specialists on hydrogen projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project planning and delivery.
• Lead and coordinate project team members, including colleagues from Sia.
• Collaborate with Energy and Data Science teams to integrate data‑driven solutions.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as strategy development, business development, recruitment, knowledge sharing and training.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Passion for hydrogen and at least 2 years of consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of energy and hydrogen market developments.
• Interest in data and AI topics with the ability to quickly acquire expertise.
• Motivation to drive implementation of hydrogen solutions for clients.
