Senior HR Officer

About the role

The Senior HR Officer leads core HR operations in an international setting, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and focused on the employee experience. This role partners with business leaders to align HR practices with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR administration, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, employee records, contracts, and lifecycle documentation.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies while monitoring local and international labor law changes.
• Act as a trusted HR partner, handling employee queries, conflicts, and complex cases.
• Lead HR projects such as digitalisation initiatives, risk assessment, KPI definition, and performance monitoring.
• Provide expert advice to management and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Support the Chief People Officer and Deputy CPO on strategic HR initiatives.
• Analyse HR data and produce reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and labor law.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and digital HR tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
