Senior HR Manager – EMEA

About the role

KitchenAid is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead people strategy across the EMEA region from Brussels. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring talent, engagement, and compliance initiatives align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end HR processes and transactions for the EMEA region.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, handling queries and support.
• Manage data analysis, communications, and vendor relationships.
• Provide recruitment support, collaborate with agencies, and participate in interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and employee lifecycle events.
• Implement HR policies, strategies, and compliance audits.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
• Oversee car fleet and general services.
• Assist with company events, learning & development initiatives, and employer branding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of pan‑European labor laws; experience with works councils is a plus.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Fluent in English and Flemish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors, SDWorx, or ADP.
