Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI-Assisted Development

About the role

Be‑Mobile is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will own a product domain within its smart‑mobility platform. The role combines deep full‑stack development with a product mindset and a passion for AI‑assisted engineering, delivering solutions used by cities and municipalities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and release end‑to‑end product features, from analysis to deployment.
• Act as the Directly Responsible Individual for a product domain, making technical decisions and ensuring product impact.
• Work across the full stack, contributing to both user‑facing applications and operational back‑ends.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Challenge unnecessary complexity and propose simpler alternatives.
• Collaborate with product, customer‑facing, and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions for municipal environments.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted development, automation and modern workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Promote AI‑driven engineering practices within the team.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a full‑stack software engineer in a SaaS or product‑driven environment.
• Product mindset focused on solving the right problems.
• Critical thinking and ability to challenge requirements.
• Comfortable taking ownership of a product domain and communicating with stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Higher degree or equivalent experience with a continuous learning attitude.
