Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Cloud/DevOps

About the role

Superlinear is building enterprise orchestration solutions for Europe’s largest companies. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Cloud/DevOps) you will own the reliability and scalability of cloud deployments across client missions, translating complex requirements into repeatable, secure, and observable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve cloud‑agnostic deployment patterns and overall architecture for the AE‑OS platform.
• Coordinate infrastructure solutions across multiple client environments, balancing reliability, security, and speed.
• Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and automation tooling.
• Define best practices for observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident analysis.
• Promote high code and infrastructure quality through reviews, standards, and technical debt remediation.
• Mentor other engineers on DevOps and cloud best practices and help teams leverage AI‑driven automation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with hands‑on experience in cloud and deployment reliability.
• Comfortable working on complex, high‑stakes systems and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders.
