Senior FM Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FM Procurement Manager to lead procurement for hard and soft facilities management categories across multiple sites in Northern Europe, based in Brussels. The role works closely with regional category managers, operations, engineering, finance and the Procurement Lead to drive cost efficiency and supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement procurement strategies aligned with facilities management and real estate in collaboration with European regional category managers.
• Develop and maintain client procurement plans together with operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with supplier contracts and internal procurement policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve service issues and guarantee continuity of critical operations.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance and value creation through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct assessments and maintain documentation compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, savings, sourcing activity and supplier performance.
• Support annual maintenance planning with suppliers and operational teams.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and promote responsible procurement practices.
• Represent procurement in client meetings and act as deputy for the Procurement Lead when required.

Required profile

• 10+ years of facilities management and real estate procurement experience covering both hard and soft categories.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven experience working with global suppliers across EMEA.
• Strong background in using ERP systems and supply chain software.

What we offer

• Base salary €80,000‑€100,000 per year plus a 25 % performance bonus.
