Senior Executive Assistant – Temporary with permanent potential

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer of a leading Belgian corporation undergoing a commercial transformation. The role starts as a temporary assignment with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent contract, and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex, rapidly changing calendar for the CCO, coordinating meetings, travel, and aligning with the Group CEO’s office.
• Organise and prepare high‑level boardroom meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow‑up of action items.
• Handle administrative duties such as inbox management, drafting communications, purchase‑order creation, and material translation.
• Track execution of tasks and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining diplomatic rigor and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Significant experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Trilingual communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Immediate or very short‑notice availability.
• Strong organisational, diplomatic and confidentiality standards.
