Senior Energy & Utilities Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its Energy and Utilities practice. You will work on transformation projects for leading clients, applying data‑driven insights to shape strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation engagements, including data structuring, analysis, benchmarking and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Coach junior consultants and new hires, fostering team development.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of consulting experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Fluent in French, Dutch (mandatory) and English; willingness to travel for temporary assignments.
