Senior Director & Country Manager – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Director and Country Manager to lead its commercial expansion in Belgium and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Vice President, General Manager, Mid‑Sized Markets of Europe, you will be responsible for building the country organization, driving product launches and delivering P&L results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and expansion plan for Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Own the country P&L, budgeting and resource allocation to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Recruit, lead and align a cross‑functional country team with corporate functions.
• Plan and launch RAS‑targeted oncology products, including market access, pricing, marketing and early‑access programs.
• Analyse the competitive landscape, identify opportunities and define lifecycle strategies.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with local distributors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Establish commercial processes, governance and risk‑management frameworks for the country.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, preferably oncology.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a country‑level organization and P&L.
• Strong understanding of market access, pricing, launch planning and regulatory environments in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with distributors, payers and health‑care professionals.
