Senior Director, Business Development (French Speaking) – Remote

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development who is fluent in French to lead growth initiatives across the UK and Europe. This remote position will focus on expanding the company’s portfolio of Phase I‑IV clinical studies by securing new sponsors and deepening existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make sales calls and initiate relationships with prospective sponsors.
• Develop and execute territory and key‑account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals/Information and manage bid‑defense meetings.
• Identify and qualify new leads for Phase II‑IV projects.
• Plan and attend trade shows, handling logistics, meetings, and hospitality suites within budget.
• Present strategic business opportunities to senior management and key accounts.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on prioritisation and delegation.
• Fluency in French and English.
